LaunchBox runs a 3-month accelerator programme open to teams of Trinity students (undergrad and postgrad) with an early-stage business idea. This unique incubator provides coaching, expert advice, seed funding and access to space and facilities needed to test out and launch new ventures. The programme aims to support students in developing investor-ready ventures. Supported by the Trinity Angels, a network of our alumni and friends, LaunchBox offers an innovative combination of practice and education.
What happens in the 3 months?
Trinity Angels will select the most promising student teams for a three-month summer residency. LaunchBox participants will have full access to space, training, funding and coaching.
The selected teams will be paired up with experienced entrepreneurs who will coach and provide continuous feedback on their startups. Teams will also have access to a wide range of master classes, covering the fundamentals of starting a venture and including a range of guest speakers and networking opportunities.
LaunchBox is located in Regent House above the famous front arch of Trinity College. This city centre space offers super-fast wifi, strong coffee and comfy couches (three key elements in any successful startup), with an inspiring view of the vibrant city on one side and the auspicious history of Front Square on the other. This is a space where big things can happen.
Regent House was built originally circa early 1700s, with much of the building still as originally constructed.
